At one of our decorating parties, children will each get to decorate 3 cupcakes each or a 6" cake each, all with different designs, and using different decorating methods for ultimate fun! Each child will be provided with a take home box to take their edible creations home with them.

Designs will be tailored to the children's age, interests, and abilities. These will be discussed with you during your phone consultation.

Cakes by Erin decorating parties were created for 5-12 year olds, however are great for any kid at heart!

Each guest will learn some tricks of the trade to decorate their own desserts to take home and enjoy. (5-7 year olds will want to have a Mom or Dad available to help if needed.) Keep in mind we must rearrange our shop to host your event.

**Due to our secure NUT FREE environment we do not allow outside food to be brought inside our bakery. All of your desserts must be made and/or purchased at our bakery. We do offer pizza and other options for an additional charge, from a choice of our approved vendors.**

**A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. This is not refundable for any reason. Your remaining balance is due on the day of your event before your party begins.

Times and Location

Parties are held on Saturdays and Sundays from 3:30-5:00pm at Cakes by Erin located at 58 Kenoza Avenue, Haverhill ,

Ma 01830.

**Should you wish for Erin and one of her assistants to host a private party at your home or preferred venue, an additional $150-$250 charge will apply depending location. Specifics can be discussed with Erin via email or during your consult.

Party Package 1

Each child will decorate one of two options:

3 cupcakes OR one layer 6" cake each. Kids will learn how to pipe buttercream designs and work with fondant (texture, roll, cut out, make objects and figures)

** Kids will also have time to enjoy eating their cupcakes or cake and have the birthday person open presents.

Price $420+tax with an 8 child minimum and 12 child maximum.

Party Package 2

Package one plus: an 8" buttercream cake, decorated to the theme of your preference will be provided for the birthday person.

Price $480+tax with an 8 child minimum and 12 child maximum.

Party Package 3

Package two plus: 2 large pizzas with toppings of your choice and a choice of bottled water, juice, juice boxes, or one choice of soda.

Price $520+tax with an 8 child minimum and 12 child maximum.

**All CBE decorating parties are 1 1/2 - 2 hours, and can host as many as 12 children and 2 adults to accompany**

Extras

**Themed balloons, decor, plates and napkins can be added for an additional $100.00+tax to any package.**

**Custom fondant cake for the birthday person is offered for an additional charge. Design and price of custom cake to be discussed with Erin at time of booking**
